Description
Eight years have passed since the conclusion of the devastating Barrier War, which nearly brought a violent end to four of the nations of Edena. Now the brilliant inventor Sergei Malova is seeking to bring the barrier technology that both instigated and resolved that conflict to the world at large. During his mission to do so, Sergei and his companion Paula are drawn into a plot initiated by the nation of Fosyr. They discover that the antagonist of the Barrier War, Fredrick Phother, is still alive.
Their encounter with the former dictator of Teleris sends him across time and space, seemingly beyond any danger to Edena. However, almost immediately after this, an invasion force arrives through the very same gateway that Phother was banished through. Too unlikely to be a coincidence, Sergei and Paula travel into the singularity themselves to hunt down and destroy Phother once and for all.
Far more sinister events are unfolding than anyone realizes, however. Another world awaits Sergei and Paula, and a conflict unlike any seen before on Edena awaits their friends who stayed behind.
