John Lightfoot leaves Government service to come home and raise his daughter. However, when he arrives home he finds his daughter had been murdered just four days before his arrival home. She and several other girls were raped and butchered by a maniac who hates women.The man is like a ghost who leaves absolutely no clues. The police have not the slightest idea how to catch this butcher. Lightfoot is on a mission to find and kill this fanatic and stop his insane killing spree. As the body count rises Lightfoot finally confronts the man who brutaly raped and butchered his daughter.
