Beyond these great alliances lie the independent systems and the wilderness 每 a wild frontier all but abandoned by most of the galaxy. A place to win and lose a fortune. A place to live. A place to die. A place to get lost in. The place where monsters come from.
Joe Kelso and Tyler Jackson couldn’t give two hoots about all of that. All that concerns them is making a living across the space lanes with as little hassle as possible.
Unfortunately for Kelso and Jackson, co owners of Jack A Diamonds, circumstance has a nasty habit of intervening; on this occasion in the form of three desperate young friends on the run from a notorious bounty hunter.
